All non-live orders leave our offices within 2-10 working days, unless the item(s) are out of stock. We will endeavour to send live butterfly orders by Friday of the week you specify. (March through to September only). Please pre-order for the week you would like your butterflies. (If delivery is required for the first two weeks of June, please pre-order at least one month beforehand to ensure availability.) All other live orders are sent from another laboratory and will be with you within one to three weeks.
